Voluntary Consent to the Creation, Processing, and Publication of Photo/Video Recordings

Metzler Vater travel GmbH (“Metzler Vater”) intends to create photographs, film, and audio recordings (“recordings”) of you during the Porsche Deutschland event and to use them for the purposes specified.

 

The creation, processing and publication of the Recordings and the personal data contained therein is based on this voluntary declaration of consent. If the Recordings show indication about your ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin color, head covering, glasses), the consent also comprises to this information.

 

The Recordings may be edited or redesigned (e.g. montage, combination with images, texts or graphics, photo-technical alienation) while respecting your personal rights. 

 

Porsche Germany points out that a publication on the Internet is cross-border and that it therefore cannot be guaranteed that all Recordings can be removed without leaving any residue – e.g. in the event of revocation. In addition, the Recordings that have been published online might be traceable via search engines. 

 

The information and Recordings of you published on social media via the respective platforms can partly be accessed worldwide. Since Porsche Germany is not the operator of the platforms, Porsche Germany has no influence on the data processing practices of these platforms. The operators of the platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, ByteDance) sometimes process the data in third countries outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the USA and China, where are no data protection laws that corresponds to the data protection level of the EU or the EEA. There may not be comparable control mechanisms by data protection authorities there. Furthermore, there may not be any legal protection options against data processing that correspond with European law.

 

The consent can - also only partially (e.g. only with regard to a specific photo) - be revoked for the future by notifying Porsche Germany without giving any reasons. Any contractual obligations to participate in marketing measures or activities remain unaffected. The Recordings are then deleted within a reasonable period of time or edited in such a way that identification is no longer possible. Analogue media that have already been produced will be consumed, unless removal or editing is required by a legitimate interest in the individual case.

I HEREBY GIVE MY CONSENT that the recordings of my person created by Metzler Vater travel GmbH or by its agents during the Porsche Deutschland event may subsequently be processed as follows:

 

• Transfer to Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries for permanent storage for documentation purposes
• Transfer to Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries for use in internal communication (publication on the intranet of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries), and for external communication (publication on social media channels of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries, on Porsche websites, in particular the Porsche Newsroom (https://newsroom.porsche.com/de.html), as well as digital signage, Porsche email marketing measures, and print communication materials of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries)
• Transfer to Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries for the publication of first name and last name, tournament results, and place of residence, with or without the recordings, in the aforementioned communication media and channels
• Publication in a password-protected online photo tool for download by participants until December 31, 2026. After that, the recordings will be deleted from the online photo tool
• Transfer to Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and its subsidiaries for publication for editorial purposes in analog and digital media

 

I also declare that I waive any compensation for the creation and the above-mentioned uses of the recordings, as well as any claims to use or otherwise exploit the recordings for my own purposes. Any contractual obligations to participate in marketing activities remain unaffected.

 

This declaration is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
